HaiPro is a web-based tool for reporting patient safety incidents. HaiPro is used in over 200 social service and health care organizations of various sizes: from small health care centers to entire hospital districts.

Work safety, operating environment, and information security incident handling can be integrated with HaiPro.

The HaiPro reporting system supports the development of procedures within the organization.

Anonymous and voluntary input ensures confidential reporting and processing of the events. The HaiPro method does not seek to blame.

By using QPro the organisation can create and publish safety surveys. QPro can be integrated with HaiPro, which allows the use of HaiPro user data.

QPro Feedback is a feedback system that can be integrated with HaiPro, which allows the use of HaiPro user data. QPro can be used to collect and process customer/patient feedback.

Real time reports will be automatically created from the feedback collected from different organisational units.

• Feedback is submitted into the system by using a web form and a secure HTTPS-connection
• Separately collected paper feedback forms can be submitted into the system afterwards by the personnel of the organisational unit
• QPro can be integrated with HaiPro, which allows the use of HaiPro user data
• Questions can be defined individually for different organisational units
• The system can send an email notice about new feedback to the feedback handler of the organisational unit

PotRa is a reporting platform intended for the patient ombudsman. Correspondence from patients can be collected into the system, processed, and used in reports created by the system.

The eLearning material is directed at all members of the staff carrying out pharmacotherapy; clients, companies and organizations.   The eLearning material is provided by experts from Kuopio University Hospital and North Karelia Central Hospital. The eLearning material is based on Safe Pharmacotherapy, National Guide for Pharmacotherapy in Social and Health Care published by the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (2009:10). The learning material, which is widely used in Finland, provides an opportunity to maintain the knowledge and skills in pharmacotherapy.

The material for eLearning environment for ensuring the competence in radiation protection is provided by Central Finland Hospital District. The material meets the standards of the continuing education by STUK (1.7). In this course different occupational groups can take parts of an exam included in the continuing education obligation. The course is intended for all who use radiation at work.
